Envision a symphony of textures and tastes: a buttery crumbly sable base, layers of raspberry rose curd and raspberry gelee encased in a decadent silky chocolate mousse finished with a chocolate cocoa butter coating and red shimmer glaze.
In this class participants will not only learn the art of creating delectable treats but also gain the confidence to recreate them at home. Comprehensive recipes will be provided, empowering attendees to replicate the flavours and textures they've mastered during the workshop in the comfort of their own kitchens.
After putting together the finishing touches on their creations, participants will have the pleasure of taking their masterpieces home. Whether it's to share with loved ones or simply enjoy for themselves, these beautifully garnished treats are sure to impress.
Attire Guidelines:
To maintain a safe and hygienic environment, we kindly ask participants to adhere to specific attire guidelines. Closed. toes shoes and full covered clothing is required to ensure comfort and safety throughout the class. Aprons will be provided for all partcipants to protect their clothing, and we encourage attendees to tie back their hair to maintain a sanitary workplace.
Additional information:
Participants will receive detailed recipes with step by step guidances to continue practicing their dessert making environment suitable for all skill levels. A waiver form will be given at the start of the workshop that will require to be read and signed before commencing the class.

Age Restrictions:
Participants must be 18+ years old to attend the class, however exceptions of participants aged 10+ may attend with the supervision of a guardian who also required a ticket entry for the class. Alternatively, there is a waiting area available for guardians who do not wish to participate in the workshop.
Cancellations/ Rescheduling
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least one week (7 days) prior to the workshop date.
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than one week (7days) before the workshop date, a $150 fee will be incurred.
No Shows will result in the booking being forfeited, and no refunds will be provided. Exceptions may be made in the case of a valid and reasonable reason for not attending, subject to approval by our team.
