The Matcha Matcha Petit Gateaux workshop is beginners friendly.

Designed to impress both visually and in flavour this refined dessert combined smooth, creamy textures with bright citrus notes and subtle crunches for ultimate patisserie experience. Imagine layers of luscious matcha mousse paired with a silky yuzu passionfruit curd and a vibrant mango gelee centre. all coated in a rich matcha chocolate shell. Finished with a fragrant raspberry rose crumble streusel, airy matcha sponge and matcha chocolate shards.
In this class, participants will learn a variety of modern pastry techniques while gaining the confidence to recreate these elegant desserts at home. From balancing flavours and textures to mastering assembly and finishing details, attendees will be guided through each step of the process in a fun and supportive environment.
Comprehensive recipes will be provided, allowing participants to continue practicing and refining their skills long after the workshop concludes. Whether you're passionate about pastry or simply looking to try something new, this class offers the perfect opportunity to create stunning desserts from scratch.
After adding the final touches to their creations, participants will have the opportunity to take their beautifully crafted petit gateaux home to enjoy with family and friends or indulge in themselves.
Attire Guidelines:
To maintain a safe and hygienic environment, we kindly ask participants to adhere to specific attire guidelines. Closed. toes shoes and full covered clothing is required to ensure comfort and safety throughout the class. Aprons will be provided for all partcipants to protect their clothing, and we encourage attendees to tie back their hair to maintain a sanitary workplace.
Additional information:
Participants will receive detailed recipes with step by step guidances to continue practicing their dessert making environment suitable for all skill levels. A waiver form will be given at the start of the workshop that will require to be read and signed before commencing the class.

Located in the store, "Jess Lemon", at 10 Market St, Nunawading, 3131, Vic. We Can't wait to welcome you to the workshop for a fun and creative experience filled with delicious desserts and hands on learning.
Age Restrictions:
Participants must be 18+ years old to attend the class, however exceptions of participants aged 10+ may attend with the supervision of a guardian who also required a ticket entry for the class. Alternatively, there is a waiting area available for guardians who do not wish to participate in the workshop.
Cancellations/ Rescheduling
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least one week (7 days) prior to the workshop date.
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than one week (7days) before the workshop date, a $150 fee will be incurred.
No Shows will result in the booking being forfeited, and no refunds will be provided. Exceptions may be made in the case of a valid and reasonable reason for not attending, subject to approval by our team.
