Join us for an exclusive opportunity to master the art of crafting the perfect macaron. In this meticulously curated class, participants will delve into the intricate techniques and expert tips necessary to create flawless macarons.
Throughout the session, attendees will receive comprehensive instruction on crafting both plain and chocolate macaron shells, complemented by the creation of two exquisite ganache fillings. By the culmination of the workshop, participants will be equipped with the proficiency to experiment with a myriad of flavours and hues, fostering endless creative possibilities.
Participants will delight in the creation of tantalising flavours such as Raspberry Rose, and Hazelnut. As a token of their participation, each attendee will depart with a 4 tier macaron tower.

Furthermore, comprehensive recipes will be provided to all participants, ensuring they can continue their culinary exploration beyond the workshop's conclusion.
Attire Guidelines:
To ensure a safe and hygienic environment, participants are required to adhere to specific attire guidelines. We kindly request attendees wear closed-toe shoes and full-covered clothing. Aprons will be provided for the duration of the class, they are not to be taken home , and participants are encouraged to secure their hair to maintain a sanitary workspace.

Located in the prestigious UNOX Academy at Unit 7/100 New St, Ringwood VIC 3134, our workshop provides an ideal setting for an immersive culinary experience. Please follow the provided map for directions in entering the facility. Parking is highlighted in blue.

Age restrictions:
Students must be 18+ years old to attend the class, however exceptions of students ages 10+ can attend with the supervision of a guardian who also requires a ticket entry for the class.
Cancellations/ Rescheduling
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least one week (7 days) prior to the workshop date.
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than one week (7 days) before the workshop date, a $50 fee will be incurred.
No-shows will result in the booking being forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.
Exceptions may be made in the case of a valid and reasonable reason for not attending, subject to approval by our team.
