Immunity olive leaf tea (Lemon and ginger)

Makes 30-35 biscuits

Tea Sugar coating

  • Combine the sugar and tea powder in a bowl, set aside.

Tea biscuit

  • Preheat oven to 170 degrees celsius. In a bowl combine all the ingredients. Using your fingertips, mix the mixture until it forms a smooth dough.

  • Divide the dough into small gum ball sizes. Coat the balls in the tea sugar coating and assemble the coated balls onto a tray, leaving enough space for them to spread.

  • With the back of a fork, gently press the balls to make an indentation.

  • Bake the biscuits for 10-15 minutes or until the base of the biscuit is golden and crisp.

  • Cool down the biscuit and enjoy with a cup of hot tea ;)
