This romantic dessert combines the bold flavours of dark chocolate and fresh orange, creating the perfect balance of rich, citrusy and indulgent textures.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThroughout the workshop, students will learn how to create multiple dessert components from scratch, including a whole orang jam, fudgy brownies, smooth orang chocolate cremeux, glossy chocolate mirror glaze and a buttery chocolate sable. To finish the dessert, participants will decorate their creations with dehydrated chocolate sponge and delicate chocolate shards for a beautiful final presentation. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis workshop is designed to teach a range of modern dessert techniques in a relaxed and beginner friendly environment.
